Core Technologies

The People’s Network allows anyone to build out massive, cost-effective wireless infrastructure in an entirely new business model that benefits all stakeholders.

IoT

The Internet of things is a network of devices—“things”—that are embedded with sensors, software, and other technologies. These things connect and exchange data with other devices and systems over the Internet. For this network to exist in the most ideal way it needs to be open and have ubiquitous coverage.

Devices like pet trackers, temperature sensors, motion detectors, people counters for bars and restaurants, smart thermostats,  and humidity sensors, among many other awesome solutions.

Mycelium Networks has been building a testbed for technology innovation in Northwest Arkansas. Our Nodes are the infrastructure that will power the network built for IoT. The applications created due to this technology will be endless. Enable the future, sign up to Host a Node!

LoRaWAN

We specialize in the deployment of Long Range Wide Area Networks. Mycelium Networks’ Nodes communicate using a sub 1 Gigahertz radio frequency, allowing small packets of data to be broadcasted from miles away and still make it to the internet: making this network setup attractive to IoT device manufacturers.

Devices operating on top of a LoRaWAN benefit from extended network coverage without the need for a cellular data plan or connecting to multiple WiFis. They also have exceptional battery life off of a single charge. We build LoRaWANs so future technologies and applications can be built for you!

The world’s first decentralized wireless network that provides a secure and cost-effective way for low-power Internet of Things devices to send data to and from the internet without a cellular data plan or WiFi.

Private & Secure

End-to-End encryption from Device to Cloud.

Low Power Usage

Our node uses less power than your phone charger.

Low Bandwidth

You don’t need to worry about slowing down your internet.

Decentralized Wireless

Mycelium Networks reviews the Proof-of-Coverage reports to know which areas are well covered and which areas are in need of more Nodes.

We also monitor the amount of smart device data flowing over our network along with if our Nodes are online, offline, or not performing correctly.
